Lara Logan

 Lara Logan (born 29 March 1971) is an South African television and radio journalist and war reporter. She was a correspondent for CBS News between 2002 and 2018.60 Minutes executive producer Jeff Fager called her factually inaccurate and politically slanted report regarding the 2012 Benghazi attack "the most regrettable mistake of my 10-year-watch." She joined the Sinclair Broadcast Group in 2019, a conservative media company. In January of 2020, she joined Fox Nation, a subscription streaming service owned by Fox News. She told Fox News in March 2022 that she'd been "dumped". Logan worked as a journalist for the Sunday Tribune of Durban during her studies (1988-1989) and then the Daily News of the city (1990-1992). In 1992 she joined Reuters Television Africa, primarily as a senior producers. After four years of service, she began freelance journalism. Assignments as a reporter/editor/producer for ITN, Fox/SKY News, CBS News (in London), ABC News (in Nairobi), NBC and European Broadcasting Union were all handed to her. CNN reported on the events in Northern Ireland and Kosovo wars.
